School Calendar 2022/2023

School opens for pupils Wednesday 31^st August 2022

Junior Infants begin on Thursday 1^st September 2022

First term:

Mid-term break: School will close from Monday 31^st October 2022 to Friday 4 November 2022 inclusive.

Primary Language Curriculum In-service: School will be closed on Monday 14^th November 2022 for the full day.

Christmas Holidays: School will close on Wednesday 21^st December 2022. School re-opens on Thursday 5^th January 2023.

Second term:

Primary Language Curriculum In-service: School will be closed for a half-day (12 noon) on Friday 3^rd February 2023

St. Brigid’s Day: School will close on Monday 6^th February 2023

Mid-term break: Schools will close on Thursday 16th February 2023 and Friday 17th February 2023

St. Patrick’s Day: School will close on Friday 17^th March & Monday 20^th March 2023

Easter Holidays: All schools will close on Friday 31st March 2023. All schools will re-open on Monday 17th April 2023

Third term:

Primary Language Curriculum In-service: Date to be confirmed

May Bank Holiday: School is closed on Monday 1^st and Tuesday 2^nd May 2023.

June Bank Holiday: School is closed Monday 5^th and Tuesday 6^th June 2023

Summer holidays: School closes on Wednesday 28^th June 2023
